Carbonia since 2018 has established a series of strategic or preferred advisory agreements, highlighting the following:

	FORTRESS Since 2018 Carbonia has acted as an Operating Partner of Fortress. A preferred investor and co-investor in transactions identified and structured by Carbonia.
	HERBERT SMITH FREEHILLS HSF has been Carbonia´s Law Firm of reference since its incorporation in 2018.
	MCKINSEY It is Carbonia’s strategic partner for the structuring and execution of Tax Credits operations in the financial sector.
	GESTIOIURIS It is Carbonia’s supplier for proprietary and ad hoc systems and platforms that serve the different business units. The collaboration agreement allows to adapt and accommodate the platforms to the new portfolios and businesses in record time.
	WOLTERS KLUWER Leading developer of management software that simplifies legal and regulatory analysis, research and workflows.
	MAC GROUP Special collaborator of Carbonia in the field of financial and expert services.
